- Discord Information: User ID, Username, Avatar, and Guild membership details
provided by the Discord API.
- Economy Data: Virtual currency balances, transaction history, and inventory
items.
- Usage Data: Command usage logs to prevent abuse and improve service stability.
- Ad Interaction Data: Limited metadata (IP hash, User Agent) when you interact
with ads for fraud prevention purposes.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide core bot functionality (economy, moderation, tasks).
- To maintain your preferences and settings across servers.
- To prevent fraud, spam, and abuse of the platform.
- To process payments for premium features via third-party providers.
3. Third-Party Processors
We utilize trusted third-party services to host and operate the bot:
- Railway: Hosting provider for the application and database.
- Supabase: Database services for storing persistent data.
- Monetag / EvolvedLotus Ads: Ad network partners for the optional ad-based
economy.
- Stripe: Payment processor for premium subscriptions.
- Google Gemini: AI processing for chat features (content is not stored by us).
4. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain data for as long as you use the service. Automated logs are purged every 30 days.
You have the right to request deletion of your data. To do so, please join our Support Server and
open a ticket, or use the /data_request delete command (if available).
