1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting the EvolvedLotus (EVL) Bot to a Discord server or using its features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the bot.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the bot for:

  • Violating Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
  • Conducting illegal activities.
  • Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics (e.g., currency looping).
  • Automating interactions (macros, self-bots) aside from standard Discord API integrations.

3. Virtual Currency & Economy

  • Virtual currency ("coins") has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency.
  • We reserve the right to reset economy data in the event of critical bugs or exploits.
  • Fraudulent ad claims utilizing proxies or automation will result in currency deduction and potential bans.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Premium features are provided via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify premium features at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

The bot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the bot.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to ban users or servers from using the bot at our sole discretion, particularly for violations of these Terms.
